Brainsense Toys – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered when you shop with Brainsense Toys.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions or public holidays.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless stated otherwise at checkout.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Typical delivery times within Australia are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • your location (metro vs regional/remote areas)

  • carrier delays

  • peak periods or external factors beyond our control

We do not guarantee delivery dates.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • order size and weight

  • delivery location

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


6. Delays and Service Disruptions

Brainsense Toys is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • postal or courier services

  • weather events

  • customs or security delays

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • events outside our reasonable control

Delays do not constitute grounds for a refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • failure to collect the parcel, or

  • refusal of delivery,

we may require additional postage costs to resend the order.


8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@brainsense.com.au with your order number.

We will assist with an investigation through the carrier. Resolution timeframes may vary depending on the carrier’s process.


9. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


10. Partial Shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.
